Shoshin - Beginners Mind Meditation Class

How can we become intimate with our own mind? How can we discover our true nature of wisdom and compassion? What are the tools Zen practice offers for self-realization and how can we integrate the practice into our daily life?

​

The evening is designed for both Beginners and the more Seasoned Practitioner of Zen Meditation and Mindfulness.

​

The evening includes instructions on Zen Meditation, Mindfulness Practices and Zendo Etiquette.  There will be periods of seated and walking meditation.

7:20 PM  Kinhinn (Walking Meditation)
7:25 PM  Zazen (Seated Meditation)
7:55 PM  Kinhinn (Walking Meditation)
8:00 PM  Teaching Q&A
