the power of music, environment, meditation, and body work, to
reawaken us to the experience of being alive, begin whole, and

The day will include,
morning yoga to empower and awaken the body, guided music
meditation designed to help you rest, relax, and achieve
balance, a teaching on (energy) balancing, a gourmet lunch to
refresh the palette.
