Policy

If you cancel
your registration more than 7 days prior to event, you will
receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee.

If you
cancel 2 to 7 days prior to event, we will hold your
payment, less a $25 processing fee, for up to one year for
you to use toward another event.

If you cancel
less than 2 days prior to event there will be no refunds or
credits issued.
Certain programs have unique cancellation policies that
supersede our general policy, and they are described on the
program page.
