Zen -  is a spiritual tradition that guides us in uncovering our inherent wisdom and compassion. Zen empowers us to discover who we really are by engaging a simple yet profound practice (meditation) called - shikantaza - just sitting.

Having no dogmas or conventional religious doctrines Zen Meditation has proven beneficial for persons from any religious or spiritual background.
 

Pine Wind Zen Center, is a Western Meditation Center taught by westerners, meditation is very easy to understand and apply to our daily lives, (suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners).




Meditation is a simple yet profound method proven to improve the quality of our lives. Through following very simple, practical instructions we can learn to let go of the causes of our stress and dissatisfaction and to gain the inner peace and clarity we seek.


Join Seijaku Roshi for a unique opportunity to learn Zen Meditation. Lay-Practice unique to the West is up and rising.  The "Lay-Person", lives at home, raises children, pursues full-time careers, while engaging Zen practices and nurturing their spiritual needs.
 

Beginning this Spring Seijaku Roshi will offer a unique opportunity to learn and practice
Zen meditation, "Zendo"-"The Way of Zen"
, and receive spiritual guidance from one of today's most inspiring spiritual teachers and pioneers in Authentic Spirituality for the 21st Century.
