Audio Clips of Seijaku Roshi
These recordings of lectures given by Seijaku Roshi are in MP3 format. They can be played directly on your computer or transferred to a MP3 player, such as the Apple iPod.

If you click on the links below, the files will automatically begin to play within your browser after a delay dependant on the speed of your internet connection. You may prefer to download the files to your hard drive first. To do so, right-click on the link and choose "Save Target As...", then choose the location in which you'd like to save the file.

The recordings are also available as a podcast. A podcast is a fancy name for allowing your computer to periodically check for new additions to our library and download them automatically. To download podcasts, you'll need the following:
  - a broadband connection to the internet
  - podcast software, such as iTunes or the latest versions of the major browsers
  - to leave your computer on and your podcast software running
  - plenty of free hard disk space
To begin podcasting, you must first subscribe to the podcast by copying the following link into your podcast software (in iTunes, go to the Podcasts section, then choose "Subscribe to Podcasts..." from the "Advanced" menu):
